Weird Cooling Issue

I just got my radiator flush done. It was 50,000 miles since I got a new radiator so i figured I should get a flush. I have the typical 1995 Aurora that has a temp of 200 on the highway and like 230 or so in traffic. Well now after the flush the DIC displays LOW ENGINE COOLANT. There is plenty of coolant. Also the fans are on all the time! The temp does not go above 200 even in traffic now, however the fans are on as soon as I start the car. The place said they tried to find a sensor on the coolant container but could not fine one. Where would the sensor for the coolant be?

My question is should I leave it like this (since the fans keep the temp cooler) or go complain at the place I got the flush done and say fix this you broke it (as the fans might get over worked and annoying DIC message). Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!
~Chris
