but for my experience, it does. So if you wan to try that, go for it. This chart isn't perfect (they say Lacquer goes over nothing beside lacquer, but if you take Alclad pait, they say to use Enamel as base coat or Acrylic)
I am not sure who made up the rules regarding paint. I like to use Model Master acrylic whit primer under lacquer at times because I get excellent coverage but in a very thin layer. Since it comes in little bottles airbrush use is very easy. Aks anyone who uses acrylic paint how hard it is to remove it from an airbrus after it dries and they will tell you that lacquer thinner hardly touches it. Acrylics are almost impossible to get through. In fact a lot of the lacquer sealers and primers are now acrylic. Just test it out and see how it goes. Depending on the brands used there may not be any problem at all.
