How about just a little bit of common sense.

Start by not posting other peoples images, especialy if you have no idea where they came from.

Then finnish by not wasting everbodys time posting images so large even those of us on very high speed conections have to wait several minutes for them to load, then find them to large to fit on even the biggest screen.
