Ricer IMO does not only apply to Civics. Any car can be labeled a ricer. Here is what I think.
- metal ghetto wings that are bolted on to any car that doesn't need it.
- Big fart pipe muffler serving no purpose but to annoy other drivers.
- Body kits that are not done right or still coated with primer.
- A bunch of stickers that don't relate to anything done to the car.
- Fake air vents that are applied by double stick tape....lame!!
- Pretty much, most things that aren't even effective or functional, and just look stupid.
- A bunch of neons all over the car.
I see just many "riced" domestic cavies, as I do civics. So please don't refer to a ricer as only a civic. Cause they are in every breed! hehe
