none at all, if any. i kinda like the 'seat of my pants' rumble. the biggest difference was the cams and the idle. there is definitly a difference sitting at a stop rumbling. the solid inserts i think made a bit of a difference too.
bottom line is take them out. that extra HP is nice but most of all it is the free flow of the oil. we all know how important that is [no oil = CW]
