Just a quick update after I took some more measurements and found out the looks of the front end were indeed too thick. I needed to remove 0.12" between the top portion of the fenders to unfatten it ( if that is a word ), which in the second picture I think it does, even thought my flash is working extra good tonight. It is just tacked together so I can check the measurements before welding it all together. Also in the first picture you can see the door has not been cut yet,just to give an idea of how much was taken out. Once I get it all back together, I think I will move the front wheel wells forward a bit more, since I did not take in to account the plastic that was removed in the first cut. Measure once, cut twice.
Will be gone this week, but I would still like to hear comments, since I will still have access, I just won't have any progress.
