the DC isn't bad, but there are better options. if you can locate a slightly used B&M short shifter, go for it. they no longer make them but i've always heard good remarks on it. i had the DC on mine. while the throws were shorter, albeit not by that much, it made the gearbox feel notchier, not as smooth. plus the adaptor itself would hit the center console everytime i went into 5th. didn't cause any problems, but that's just bad design. i'd recommend the DC as a last resort.
