IMO snake oil

Ever since there has been car racing, someone has tried to sell spark improvers. There is always cases of engines being helped by the installation, but what they never show is what happens when they install new standard plugs/wires, ect instead of their improver. They don't because the improvement is the same. They always get improvement from some car and publish the results. The fact is that there would also be a similar improvement if they only changed the plugs and wires.

In my engine, a good spark is a good spark and once the fuel is burning at the correct time, it don't matter what started it it burning.

If you have an older points/condensor/coil ignition, you may be helped a little by a better ignition, but get a real high-performance ignition built by Mallory or some reputable ignition manufacturer, not this gadget.
