A GT35R is a straight up Garrett turbo, with a GT35 turbine and compressor wheel, and a dual ball bearing center section. Usually with a 1.06 or .82 A/R T3 style exhaust housing, but can be had with a T4 housing. The T3 housing uses a 4-bolt discharge instead of the more commonly used 5-bolt discharge that came stock on most T3's on factory cars that used internal wastegates. The 4-bolt housing doesn't facilitate an internal wastegate.
A T56 is a 6-speed transmission used in Corvettes, F-bodies, Vipers, and 03/04 Cobras.
T3 turbine housings do not come in a .68 A/R variant, but tangential T4 housings do. Any way you cut the cake, a .68 A/R T4 housing is entirely too big for a stock B16.
Anything else you'd like to add?
