Don't know about the rally Mini's, but I'm sure they have extra parts and decals. I posed the same question about the Morris vs. Austin Mini. There are a few new parts that are exclusive to the Austin Mini, grill, wheels, etc, but it's basically the same kit. Link to that thread.
