Door Locks Question

I'm just curious if anyone here know this answer off the top of their heads, if not I'll go to Honda.

Info - But I got my car a little over a year ago, it was a trade in at a dealership my friend works at. But as soon as I got it I checked to make sure that all the key holes (hatch, drivers door, passenger door) worked with the one key I got. My previous car was a '90 Olds (yeah I know it's a POS), and had 1 key for the ignition and one for all the doors and trunk. But I realized that my key doesn't unlock my passenger side door. I have no problem locking and unlocking it from the inside, the key fits in but doesn't turn. I know when the car was at the dealership that someone "broke into" it and stole the head unit that was in there. It's very possible that the doors were left unlocked however. But I also thought maybe the previous owner changed the lock for some reason (maybe it got damaged or someone drilled it to break in).

Question - So I'm curious if I could just go to Honda and see if they could make a me a key for it, or if I could buy a new lock that will work with the key I have now? Clearly getting a new lock would most likely be the option available if either are. It's just a pain in the ass when I pick up or go somewhere with a girl and can't even be a gentleman and open the door for her. Any ideas, thoughts, comments are much appreciated.
