On a vehicle updated with the new actuator, check the TCASE and 4x4 fuses to make sure they are good. With the ignition on and a 4 wheel drive mode selected, at the front actuator harness you should have 12v at the brown and light blue wire. With igntion on and 2WD selected you should have power only at the brown wire
