I would get one from ATP, precision makes great turbos but I'm a fan of ball bearing turbos and atp is the way to go.

Depending on your HP requirement, I'd get one of those three. They make them as T3/T4 drop ins too, so you can use them with any standard turbo kits and you don't have to go crazy trying to reweld flanges. Their claimed numbers are a little high so I'd expect a little less than what they claim, but their numbers are to the wheels not to the flywheel like precision.
