My biggest issue besides putting out some decent power, is that I
have to have a volume knob as opposed to pushing buttons on the unit itself. Remotes don't matter, but the receiver itself MUST have a volume KNOB
As for the Rock-fos... I absolutely can't spend any more than $200 US because I need something for my CDs that isn't my Discman w/a tape adapter
but at the same time, I am so superly broke right now

I just checked out Crutchfield.com and did you mean the KDC 416s??? Maybe the KDC 519??? Not that it matters much anyway b/c both have volume buttons instead of the rotating knob....
