those alternators from paperformance won't bolt up to a 5.0 with out a little effort. the transition is simple and can be accomplished in under an hour, but get ready to do a little grinding on the brackets. make sure you get a warrenty as some of those third party alternators use a fiber glass insulator that tends to wear out.
