you an get a stock suspension put in. that will fix your stiff shock problem. most lowered ars are going to be stiff.
i would reommend getting the timing belt and water pump done. you have to take off the tbelt to do the water pump so you might as well do them at the same time.
BTW where in PA do you live? im in lancaster so if you're near here you can bring it to where i work to get the timing belt done. we arent the cheapest place but we do good work
