No go. The tire sling won't work with the factory 15" wheels, won't fit in the opening between the rear drum and the wheel. Even on larger wheels, you lose much of the jack's travel before the sling even begins to lift the tire, and regardless it's of no use for actually CHANGING a tire unless you bring along something to support the vehicle so you can remove the jack again.
If you have the base-trim 15" steel wheels, you can actually lift by the wheel just by inserting the tongue of the jack into the spoke of the wheel, I've done it. Same problem when it comes to changing a tire, but it's useful off-road for getting something under the tire for traction.
You need a steel bumper and sliders to really make use of a hi-lift. You can lift by a rear hitch, but it's kinda wobbly.
