Yes, the TCC plug is on the tranny towards the front of the car. It is near where the tranny bolts onto the motor. It is the only electrical plug in this area. I believe on this car it has two wires. And yes you can leave it unplugged if it fixes your problem. The TCC Solenoid locks up the torque converter on the highway for better mileage, most people do not notice the loss of MPG and if they do it is small. Good Luck.
