I disconnected the (-) neg cable from the battery, removed the air bag, steering wheel, steering wheel lock plate, turn signal switch arm, turn signal switch. Underneath all that I found the two wires for the security switch, both were severed. I removed the key switch lock bolt, turned the key to the off position and pulled the key cylinder out. The switch is in the part of the key cylinder that turns every time you turn the key. The wires for the switch drag and rub every time you turn the key. I added some wire to the switch, I had to make the solder and shrink tube as small as posible there's not a lot of room in the wireway.
I rerouted the longer wires through the turnsignal switch mount bolt cavity. The engine started as soon as I turned the key, the security light went out. I put it back together. The only hitch was while removeing the air bag/horn switch I dropped it and pulled the plastic retainer tit off the horn wire connector, I wrapped it with tape to fit the hole.

I think the security system diabled the spark after so many days of operation in a "limp mode".
