Its a anti-lag system. It basicly shoots flames throught ur turbo so it would spool a t-66 at like 1500rpm's But you would kill the turbo with in 2 months. It also kills ur exhaust. Their are other systems that use a spark plug and some thing that brings used fuel into the manifold. Just look up anti lag turbo systems on google.
