Actually, I think it's just available on the GT model. So I'm sure you could add your own modifications, or you could probably buy the Bullit option, then take it to Saleen and get their turbocharged S351 engine.
So if you really wanted too, I think you could modify the engine, but I don't think Ford offers any upgrades in the Bullit Option
