[tension]

I need some help.
I have a 97 rodeo 3.2 4wd.
I recently had a spak plug disintegrate sucking all the components and most of the coil pack stem into my number 1 cylinder.
I fished out all the pieces of debris I could out of the cylinder but I dont know where all the rubber from the coil pack went. I replaced the coil pack and thank god it seem to run fine. But now when the vehicle warmed up the oil pressure was dropping to zero at idle. It went back up to around 40 when I reved it over 1700 rpm but as soon as it was under 1600 it immediately drops to zero. I changed the oil and it almost seems like it was worse now the oil lamp was on at idle. I must say the pressure does not drop until after the car has been warmed up and driven for about 10 minutes and then only at low rpms.
Has anyone gone through this before?
I have heard of the pick up screen getting clogged in the oil pan.?\
Has anyone removed their oil pan to unclog their screen before? How much work are we talking here?
Could it also be that some debris got into my oil pump and did a number on it?
