newer spark plugs and new plug wires

My wife started noticing that the van was running a little rough a week ago and it has gotten worse over the last couple of days. You can smell fuel or exhuast after you run it a little bit.

The CEL has come on and stays on. Autozone scanned it and stated that it is misfiring in cylinder #1. I replaced the wires. The plug in #1 looks normal, it is new from last summer. I pulled the EGR and looked for any build up and to see if the EGR is bad. The EGR seems to hold a vacumm, I used the mouth approach.

I've poured in a bottle of techron injector cleaner in the tank and have fill the tank. I havn't driven more than 10 miles since pouring in the cleaner.

Any Ideas? Help. Thanks
