THanks for the great information wilfie27! 4/5 is a really high ratio. I just received my jeep back from the dealer and to my surprise the oil gauge is fluctuating still. i'm taking it back but i will make sure to ask about the Jasper Engines head to make sure I don't go through this again. Interestingly, this occurred during my extended coverage period and my fear is that with the reman engine, it will happen again after the warranty expires (3 years 36K miles). thanks again for the information!
