get your friends to start screaming that descrimination shit and how they can sue the store and all that bull shit, once management thinks laywers could be getting involved they will drop it pretty quick. Most places could afford a lawsuit let alone all the bad press that comes with it, and if they fire you for it you have even more grounds to sue or press charges against the company.
It worked for me, they never used to give me my breaks so i called OHAS told them that I wasnt getting my breaks and they ended up coming in and doing a full audit of the store and they shut the place down until they brought it back up to code. I quite right after the audit was finished. The store called me offering me job back with a 20% raise
