Try web searches, yellow pages, asking friends, asking performance part shops, and the best option is to go to car shows and ask around...
A chassis dyno with a wideband O2 sensor & a competent operator is the only way to
really get the most out of an A/F controller. Around the states, it's around $100/hr for the service, and with only the A/F controller to adjust, it shouldn't take more than 1 hr. If you get adjustable cam gears too, it might take 2hrs.
