You don't need to resleeve your motor, you don't even have to open it up.
In order to be safe, with 12psi on a B16A, you will need the following:
- ample fuel: 370cc injectors, in tank hi-flow fuel pump, adjustable fuel pressure regulator
- spark: I prefer MSD...box, wires, plugs, etc...
- tuning: A'pex V-AFC, Hondata, DFI, etc...
So long as you have ample fuel and spark, and the motor is well tuned, you will be fine. B-series Honda motors are extremely strong. They can withstand 350hp...but only if they are well tuned. Tuning is key. On a daily driven turbocharged B-series Honda motor, you should really never have to mess with a built motor unless you plan on spinning your wheels, and getting smoked by Geo Metro's because you have no traction...
