this post seems very ambiguous to me... but if your friend was talking about ITR (type r's) then yeah, most ITR's either USDM or JDM will more than likely be all motor, just because the b18c5 is a great N/A engine. the GSR motor is very similar.
now the ls, on the otherhand, is a great engine to boost. the low compression makes it very "boostable"
350hp is a near impossible feat for a N/A integra. and they would be runnin less than 13's.
