so...if i were to buy these coilovers from neuspeed...

the shocks come with them right? i am just worried cause i was going to get some tein coilovers and i'm confused as to whether i get the shocks in the tein package (for over a thousand, i better). anyway this is the first time i'm looking at the neuspeed site and i see that their coilovers are cheaper. what would you all suggest?
