Plugs look good to me at the business end. The oil you see may be seeping in from valve cover. There are 4 seals that prevent oil slipping by the cover into the spark plug tubes. You can change the seals and the valve cover gasket and solve the seeping problem. A small amount of oil in the tubes makes it easier to get the spark plugs out though. Upper cylinder cleaner is OK but usually not necessary unless you are having problems.
