Question 92 turbo exhaust
If I buy a HKS downpipe connect a random technologies cat then connect the HKS cat system would I be legal?

What does the HKS 75mm cat consist of? (Is it from the downpipe back?)

Has anybody ever used this setup before? Is it loud? Does it give you much horsepower?
