this might not work because of course the headlamps get very hot but maybe try getting a set of basic bulbs and actually paint them blue. i posted a link here about using testors paint to paint the dash light bulbs that i found on honda-tech and it looked pretty cool


but yeah, the headlight bulbs get really hot so be careful with that, try at your own risk
