get an old pillowcase, cut a hole for her head (or don't), duct tape her up so she can't yell or fight and stuff her under her bed for a couple hours and let her know that she needs to calm down. when you do it though don't be loud or mad. act really calm and talk slow and quiet, scared the shit out of my brother when we did it to him.
