Thanks for the reply. Yes I was talking about 2 coolers. I think most vehicles have the cooler in the radiator but other vehicles(trucks&SUV'S)that have the towing package usually have the extra cooler mounted in the grill area. I have a 95 Explorer and it didn't come with the extra cooler so I added one. I'm convinced that the extra cooler is good for the transmission. There is even a company(Derale?)that makes a pan with tubes going through it that is supposed to cool the tranny fluid. It also will hold a couple of extra quart's of tranny fluid.
