just get a 420a and get new rods and everything, because the neon blocks i think are the same and are no better. My friend put a 14b on a 95 neon and was blowning his motor left and right. Why would you want to go up to some one and say yea i got a neon block in my eclipse
,the only neon block that would be worth the time is the new srt4 motor, wich i think is set up just like the 2.4 in the eclipse so you will have to do alot of work to get it in your engine bay.
