You can use CTR pistons and cams in an Integra. The pistons yeild the highest compresion ratio of all B-series engines, if I'm not mistaken. And yes, there don't have USDM CTR cams because there wasn't a USDM Civic Type R. You would have to use JDM ones. Again though, I would go with aftermarket cams (skunk2, Crower, Spoon, or Toda) all of these cams will give you more HP than OEM camshafts. I would suggest Stage 2 cams. This will ensure you still idle close to stock, but get the big gains you expect out of aggresive camshafts. Keep in mind, most of these camshafts will require you to get new valve springs and retainers at a minimum. Otherwise you could suffer from valve float. (I think thats what it's called)

I can appreciate someone who goes with CTR/ITR cams for OEM reliability, but for performance and a great HP increase, (one word) AFTERMARKET!
