If you haven't got the belt back on here's how to do it.
1. Look and see if there is a motor mount in the way of the pulley, if there is put a jack and/or jackstand under the engine to support it and remove the motor mount...carefully.
2. Find the pulley diagram on the strut housing on the left side of the engine bay. Locate the tensioner pulley.
3. Find a socket that fits the nut on the tensioner pulley and get a 1/2 inch drive so you can use the big rachet for leverage.
4. Pull counterclockwise on the rachet and it should move the belt tensioner out of the way enough to slip the new serpentine belt into place. Route the belt like diagrammed on the strut housing.
