While this idea is just that, an idea, (which would never see the light of day) lets say for the sake of arguement a movement starts to happen. I do not think the south as much as they would say "fine, go on ahead", in reality they know deep down inside they can't let it happen. Shoot, NY is the financial capital, Michigan is the automobile capitol, California is the botox capitol and if we leave it would be total chaos.
But its a plan I would love though.
