Sorry for bringing up an old thread. I have heard that if you purchase any Yokohama Tires you could just call Yokohama and they will sell you stencils so you could do the markings yourself. So the only thing that i have got to say is maybe ordering some 1:1 stencils, scanning them somehow, and printing them 1:24 scale on some frisket film and then cutting them out with an xacto and placing them on the tires and with an airbrush at low PSI spraying some flat white
