I don't see why not. I have a friend who is using a set of vortec heads on a 67 camaro and he did the opposite. He used an old style intake (with angled center holes) with new style heads. He carefully modified the center holes on a drill press so that his intake was able to be used. You essentially want to do the same thing, but just the opposite. If you don't want to try this mod yourself, take the intake to a machine shop, and they should do it for you.
