honestly, i've heard a few people say that porting a honda head really isn't necessary, that it doesn't improve it enough to make up for the cost. However I haven't done it myself, so I can't say yeh or neh. Since u plan on boosting, then porting the head really wouldn't be necessary. as for the manifold, that could go either way. you port it, then u'll lose sum structural integrity because of positive pressure instead of the factory negative pressure. a performance manifold would be the better route to go in this case. but that's just my 2cents.
