look at it this way, expect to run into problems, crx's are pretty old as it is, and the way ur describing the condition of this rex, looks like your going to be running in to more than a few probs, and if you dont have the money to fix it on the spot, then well its going to suck, but hey if you got money and time to spend on it, and are just buying it as a project car then go for it.
