Hello, I was wondering if you ever found a solution to your problem? I am having a very similar problem w/my 96 Sunfire. After about 4 trips back to the garage of recharges and leak checks n fixes, the mechanic told me it was the Evaporator. He wanted to charge me twice the price of the unit itself, so I purchased it myself and I got it back. Well I guess even that was not the problem. So far a hose has been replaced, the evaporator has been replaced, it has been recharged, switches tightened, and still no cold air for more than a few days after being recharged. So if you found a fix, it sure would be helpful... Thanx
