I think you're misinterpreting the terminolgy. The "inserts" the front and rear, which on a 2g are molded poieces that insert into the stock rubber mount to "fill in the holes." The mount kit for 85 is all 4 mounts. Thats the front and rear inserts, and the two side full replacements. The front and rear are tits to install, and do 75% of the work. The sides are a pain in the ass to install, your best bet is to have a machinist press the old inserts out. The new ones can be pressed in with a mallet and lube or a vice. The do the last 25% of the work, but add 200% more vibration. My car vibrates a lot with the full mount set, cams, and no balance shafts, and I dont really mind. Just feels like a race car. Some poeple can't stand it though. The choice is yours.
