I dont see any reason to get both. The mounts themselves are steel and unless they are bent or damaged in some way, i dont think it would make a difference. I guess if you could get the mounts with no inserts it would save you the trouble of removing the old inserts. You should look and see if you can get the mounts with the prothane inserts already installed.
