just the inserts is all you need, its kinda a bitch to do. If you just put the inserts in the freezer, take all your mounts out of the car and cut the rubber center out without damaging the actual mount itself and then take the cold new inserts and they should press in pretty easily, it helps if you have a drill press or something that you can use to press the inserts strait in with but you can do it with jsut a rubber mallet too.
