You can visit your local auto parts store and they should sell the paint. Basically you're looking for paint that is treated to handle high temperatures.

As for paint on your discs, don't get any on them, period.

It won't really matter but it might hamper your braking performance if you get alot on them. If you can't paint, just remove the caliper from the rotor and paint them apart from the rest of the equipment.
