I'm not too worried about the cage (i welded up the one thats in my old mustang and have passed at every track I have been to) but while the airbags aren't even in the car, I still want to be carefull because I don't want issues down the road later when we get the block back from the machine shop, and can't crank it because we threw out a part. I guess I'll call the a dealership and listen to 30 min of "thats illegal" bull. oh well. thanks Kevin. BTW just for the info we managed to lighten it up to the tune of 412.35 lbs already but this car will NEVER see the road again.
we loaded up all the crap we hacked and torched out to my work and used the material scales to find out. we were shocked it was that much.
