Do you know where the exhaust leak is?

1. The oem manifold is good and chances are porr that you cracked it.
It is more often the case that the OEM manifold warps ... not cracks.
If you got with an aftermarket tubular manifold, it wil crack eventually.

2. Could be either before or after the manifold. Generally, with an exhaust leak in that area, you can start a COLD engine and quickly get your hand in that area to feel where the leak is ... just be careful, it does not take long to get too hot! Do not do this on a warmed up engine!

3. There is a writeup on mr2.com I did a bazzilion years ago on doing a turbo swap.

4. You will not be able to put a high flow cat on your downpipe ... you are going to need to figure out someplace after the downpipe to install it.

***not sure why you apologized to me above?? *scratches head
