www.aztekfanclub.com for more information about the Tek. As for the liftgate, it's not really the Aztek. They use the same shocks on all liftgates in the GM line. And the cold weather is really the cause. If they added stronger ones, then during the summer your liftgate would go up super fast and tear something apart. So now they are just terrible during the winter. I've already hit my head about a dozen times this year, just something you have to watch out for.
